Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Cell Me website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services description
Cell Me provides a local service for individuals to sell unused, sealed, unexpired diabetic test strips and continuous glucose monitor (CGM) supplies. We provide a cash offer based on the brand, quantity, and expiration dating you describe, then meet up with you locally and pay you cash on the spot after we verify your sealed boxes in person.
Offer process
- Offers are based on the information you provide about your supplies.
- Offers are preliminary and subject to inspection in person when we meet.
- Final payment may be adjusted if the supplies differ from your description.
- We reserve the right to decline supplies that do not meet our eligibility rules.
Eligibility and condition requirements
To sell supplies to us, the items must meet all of the following:
- Unexpired — typically at least 6 months before the printed expiration date.
- Sealed and unopened — supplies must be in their original, unbroken retail packaging.
- Undamaged boxes — no water damage, crushing, tears, or writing on the box.
Eligibility details are placeholders pending final legal review and may change.
Ownership and authority to sell
By submitting an offer request and selling supplies to us, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the supplies and have the right to sell them.
- The supplies are genuine, unused, sealed, undamaged, and unexpired.
- The information you provided about the supplies is accurate.
Meetup and payment
- We arrange a local, in-person meetup after you accept an offer.
- You are responsible for bringing your supplies sealed and undamaged to the meetup.
- Payment is made in cash on the spot after we verify your supplies match your description.
- You are responsible for any taxes on the sale.
- You are not obligated to sell — if you do not meet up, no sale occurs.
Inspection and adjustment
When we meet, we inspect the supplies in person to verify that the brand, quantity, expiration dating, and condition match your description. If discrepancies are found, we will give you a revised offer on the spot. You may accept the revised offer or decline the sale — there is no obligation, and you keep your supplies if you decline.
What we cannot accept
We do not buy:
- Opened, unsealed, or partially used boxes.
- Expired supplies, or supplies with insufficient dating before expiration.
- Damaged, water-stained, crushed, or written-on boxes.
- Counterfeit or tampered products.
Limitation of liability
Cell Me is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your supplies.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cell Me from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cell Me operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
SMS terms of service
- When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the number. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@cellmeyourphone.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
